its always really good to hear people complain about the clothes at goodwill like its a pristine store in the mall, the store is amazing when it comes to home goods. always finding plants or a great project to start on for the family. definitely recommend goodwill not so much for the clothing (unless youre on a budget) but more so for finding your next favorite item! staff is very friendly but they dont take credit/debit cards & ive never been to a GCF that does so, not really a problem there.

Broken, over priced trash fills the shelves here. Ive seen the calibre of donations dropped off, they obviously pack it all up and send it to their warehouse to be sold online in their auction house, leaving the dregs to be sold to the locals. Ive have also overheard employee conversations about holding items for certain people to come pick up, instead of shelving them for everyone to have a chance at something nice. Shameful.

They didnt offer me a job when I was unemployed from June 2008 thru May 2009. Got a job working at Walmart instead for 7.5 years after that. I thought Goodwill hires honest people with disabilities. I am on the autistic spectrum and have Aspergers and no Goodwill has ever offered me a job even though I applied many times. Seems personal and unfair against me for some reason.

I was almost scared to go here after looking up the nearest location and seeing all the reviews, but it was a typical thrift store experience. Its smaller than most Goodwills I have been to, but everything was organized and clean. Prices are clearly marked on signs. I didnt need to interact with any staff besides checking out, and that was quick and easy.

During yearly+ visits, my experience is that item drop off is easy aided by friendly and happy to help staff members and the store stocks a wide variety of items including some good clothing finds. It seems that some reviewers expected Neiman Marcus, but remember its a thrift store and they do the best they can to help the community.

The staff is usually polite and courteous, they work hard to keep it clean and orderly but it is a thrift store not Macys or Kohls, so if you try stuff on dont pile it up and leave it in the dressing rooms, and non parent should expect store staff to monitor their unruly or rude children, whom you also find at Macys or kohls

Large selection of office wear. Many items in new condition. The housewares often have hidden treasures--if you know a bargain when you see one. The staff is friendly, if shy.
