Both times we shopped at the conway store we were overcharged. The cashiers were rude when we mentioned the wrong price. If an item is two or more peices they separate each item and charge for each. That is just wrong! The items are overpriced. If i wanted a walmart shirt for $4 i would go to walmart and buy it. I gave goodwill a whole house of furniture thinking i was doing good only to find out that the owner is the only person these stores help!

Selling broken items where they purposely cover the damage with loads of packing tape, and after youve made a purchase and take it home, remove the tape and discover youve just paid for GARBAGE, you take the stuff back and they have the audacity to refuse to refund your money! What kind of racket are these scumbags running? THIEVES.

This store is VERY overpriced. You can purchase new, namebrand items from the outlet mall just down the road for less. They do not do markdowns and there is no selection of namebrand or quality merchandise. Ironic b/c Conway is NOT an upper end area with many wealthy residents.

I dont think that anything is wrong where you buy clothes that belong once to someone else. Yes its easy to go on line and see who is selling what, but the wait to receive the product is long. Going to goodwill is easy and I can take my product home the same day. Blessed

Ive been in a few goodwills here and there and this one just doesnt seem up to standards. Its a new building and all but feels small and not allot of things inside. Really didnt feel the wow, great a goodwill with this one.. I might be wrong, just the way I felt inside

Bigger selection of clothing than other locations. But price are hard to decode. You think you have a shirt for $3.99, get up to the register and its $5.99

Not a very good selection to choose from. Also I wish they would deodorize all of the old used clothing store wide. Kinda stinky

Found really nice items here. This store is organized and clean, and it doesnt smells like some other Goodwill stores.
