You know what youre going to get when you shop Big Lots, and this store is no different, except that Ive enjoyed the service more here. Staff has always been helpful, and the checkout process quick and easy. I focus mainly on seasonal decorations or housing goods. I even got my dining room table here with 6 chairs that have miraculously survived almost 8 years without failing. Not all the furniture is like this, but select pieces are.

Attempted to return a defective item and was refused any refund due to not having a receipt. The manager refused even store credit because they "couldnt find the item in their system." Complete crap customer service. They dont care about the money you spend here. Hold on to all of your records if you ever want to see your money back for stuff they sell you. No guarantees that it will even work.

Staff is friendly & helpful, love the discount pricing. Wish they would fix the glitch in their credit card machine or at least put a sign in the machines...their system gave a decline on a debit card when I had $1500 in the bank, & I thought I was going to have a heart attack! Turns out that the option "MasterCard Debit" is actually for credit cards?!?

Nice Big Lots and very clean. Prefer this one compared to the one off NC 55 in Durham. Come here and shop for things for my family home about 3x per year. Good selection of headphones, but gave only 4 stars since some of the items went up in price and are cheaper at the Dollar Stores. Usually very friendly checkout clerks.

Bought an office chair from here for $50. It couldnt be assembled properly as two of the holes were drilled improperly in the chair. Was given a refund in cash. I ended up getting an already assembled, far better office chair on craigslist for under $30.

Not a bad store. Wide variety of slightly older or off brand stuff. Got a mouse there, however, and the contacts and such were busted in package. So watch for the quality of some of the stuff...but then again, you kind of already know that.

This Big Lots is great. Always nice and clean. The employees are very nice and go out of the way to help you. At the register they never stand around like drones but instead engage you in at least some conversation.

Great staff and furniture guys. Helped load, unload (when I had to return), and load again! Made the whole process quick and easy! I shop at Big Lots a fair amount and I think this location is one of the best.

Of the four Biglots I have been to in the area (2 in ral, 1 and fuquay) This is by far the cleanest store, Caled (sp) is always very helpful and remembers me and my kids!
