Get your frustration on... All I needed to do was fax 1 sheet of paper. I didnt realize that if you call ahead, its like waiting in line, or if you are in the store, still taping boxes together and not ready, then oh yes you are also in line. Merely being at the counter does not mean you will be next or that the clerk helping you will know what they are doing. I was finely helped and 40 min later was able to walk out of the store mission complete. I was there at around 5:30 on a week night just after Thanksgiving I walked out at about 6:40. If you are interested in being passed over multiple times and being really frustrated by the lack of service, than this is the right place for you I highly recommend it!

Absolutely horrible. I used this store to ship a package to a family member for a surprise birthday present. The package never made it to him, neither of us was ever contacted nor informed of its arrival, it was then shipped back to the store this store that I sent it from, has been there for over a week and the store never bothered to contact me to inform me that deliveries were attempted, that the package was waiting to be picked up, that the package was returned to the store NOR that it has just been sitting there for a week!! I am SO disappointed in UPS service and will never be using them to ship a package again, especially for a special occasion.

Both ladies who work there really bad customer service. The attitude from both women just totally unprofessional, they tone of voice and looks are like they are better than you just very unpleasant experience. They when you take something in will not let you get the box and pack it yourself so they can charge a high price for the box an even higher price for the packing material and then charge you the service fee for them to pack the box. As well as get a bigger box than needed to pack it in so it takes more packing material than truly needed.

I have used this location several times simply because it is the most convenient to my house. Every time I have gone in the women working there have been short with me and unhelpful. Notary service was a nightmare. And today they charged me for blank sheets of paper that didnt print properly because "it was a click". Ive never had that happen at any other printing location I have used. The point is not the 50 cents, just the horrible customer service. Ive never felt this strongly about a printing location before but avoid this place !!!

This must be the worst UPS store in Asheville. The customer service is awful, the women behind the counter was rude and unaccommodating. She insisted on charging a $1 to place one piece of tape on a envelope package that had overnight shipping already paid for. "You have to pay a dollar or buy a whole roll yourself." She then just looked at me and shrugged. I will never be using this location again. The UPS store location on Merrimon is absoutley amazing. Highly recommend their friendly and accommodating staff.

So frustrating have gone here out of "convenience" and it has been an inconvenience. If the store is going to bear the name UPS then they should be able to offer what the main UPS hub offers. I go in with a prepaid UPS RMA Return label and it wasnt good enough. So out of my way I will go to the UPS hub. Fedex is so much easier to work with. However the UPS store on Merrimon Ave., Asheville is very easy to work with her but its not as convenient to my work.

I was leery of trying this store because of some of the poor reviews. However, I needed to get a package shipped and didnt have time to drive across town to another store. I was greeted promptly and pleasantly when I entered the store. The lady that helped me was smiling and courteous. She was fast and efficient without making me feel rushed. In every way, a very positive experience.

Pathetic service. Awful experience. The two old women working there cant barely hold and lift the packages and the boxes. They are mean and they treat you like you are bothering them. They have no idea of what theyre doing. I dont understand how they dont fire them. It can take you half an hour for the most simply thing.

I had a very nice experience here, I dont know what people are complaining about. The customer service was top notch, and the business services were extremely affordable. Policies are the same as any other UPS store, dont expect something they dont do.

The staff here are very helpful, professional and maintain healthy work ethics. I recommend this UPS Store over other UPS Stores. The Location is an amazing distance to where I shop. This store can get crowded though
