The company I ordered from chose to ship via FedEx. Although UPS comes to my house regularly, FedEx "couldnt locate" the address (Candler). So when I used the shipper-provided tracking number to check on it, the only option I had was to have the package held at a FedEx facility for pick-up. I checked on the FedEx website for locations, but when I completed the "Customize delivery" process, there was only one pick-up site available-- 15 miles away-- and it was not marked on their website locations map. I had to check Google maps to find it. Oh, and I thought I would immediately get an email telling me about the delivery change I had just requested and giving me the facility address in print, but 20 minutes later I still have not received confirmation. I know they have trucks going to FedEx locations nearer my house, so why cant they put my package on the truck so I can pick it up at one of them?!?!

Tried to call 30 minutes before going to give them time to turn on laminating machine. Let phone rang for over 5 minutes to no one answering. Get to store and they cant laminate due to machine not heated up. It takes 45 minutes for it to heat up and we can wait but we had to get to my baby shower in 20 minutes and didnt have time to wait and hour. When asked they not they say they dont always use it. When asked why no one answered the phone for over 5 minutes, got the answer of we are busy. If you know Sunday is busy have more people working. Customer service is helping the customer not sending them away after driving 30 minutes to get there.

I MEAN EVERY TIME, THEY FAIL TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE. THEY WILL GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE AND TELL YOU THEY CAME BY. NO DOOR TAGS!!! YOU DIDNT ATTEMPT AT MY DOOR. I HATE FED EX TO THE FULLEST. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I CALLED ABOUT THE PROBLEM JUST TERRIBLE. THEY NEVER GET IT RIGHT. THEN TRY TO BLAME IT ON YOU SAYING YOU WASNT HOME AND THEY TELL ME TO DRIVE 45 MINUTES TO PICK UP A PACKAGE THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE DELIVERED. IT IS SO AWFUL HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE. UPS ALWAYS COME RIGHT TO MY DOOR NO PROBLEM. NOT ONCE HAVE I HAD A PROBLEM WITH UPS. UPS WILL ALWAYS BE THE BEST FOR ME.

I took my packages into this fed-ex location last night at 5:30 pm (8/24/2015). I needed to have all my packages scanned in last night and was I was told they would be within the next 20 mins. Turns out they werent scanned in until this morning. Next time I will wait for them to scan all 92 packages in front of me, because they obviously lie to their customers.

I wanted to print some flyers out, but wanted to make sure that the flyer looked right before I ordered 50 of them. Not only did they print out at least 4 different versions for free, they gave me advice on what I should change to make it look better. Overall a great place, friendly and helpful staff, really went the extra mile to help me get my work done!

Customers dog running around the office. No leash. Then the employee Nestor decided to argue with my husband about the shipping address. Overall. Annoying. Just let me ship something without arguing with me about what zip code I gave you. It took two seconds to figure out the mistake. The other employees were very friendly.

I came in here in a rush and the woman working took care of me instantly. Such friendly customer service. Also, it was such an easy process- I just brought in the stuff I was mailing and she did the rest! I was shipping vinyls and she made sure to pack them extra safe so they wouldnt scratch or break.
