No, Owner is very rude. As my sister and I were placing an order with the woman (who was very polite) the owner kicked us out three minutes before closing time (it wouldve took less than five minutes to complete our order) and he told us he could not afford having us in the store a minute after closing. It was three minutes BEFORE he was suppose to close. Shoving us out the door and told us oh well thats that you dont get your jewelry. It was very rude, as a minute before kicking us out he helped a woman in a polite manner and got her out quickly.. Then didnt ASK us to leave, but TOLD us to get out. It was extremely rude and shows he does not care for customer satisfaction, and I do not recommend them due to their hostility.

They are always so friendly and work to get my jewelry back to me quickly when I bring it in for repair and theyve always done a great job for a fair price. They have very pretty and some unique jewlry and a nice family atmosphere. Have been going there for jewelry repair and cleaning for years.They always offer to clean any amount of jewlery I have with me free of charge when I stop by. Friendly place, would send friends there.

The diamond fell out of my grandmothers engagement ring and I was quoted very high prices at other jewelers. One store even wanted to completely redesign my beloved ring! But DC Creasman was able to fix it, at a fair price, without changing anything. And it looks better than ever! Everyone was very helpful and nice and the turn around time was very quick. I highly recommend them!
