So, I had to get a pair of shoes for my wife because she was working and had no time before a wedding we were going to.... despite it being a very funny and unique moment, I was helped out but super amazing and friendly staff members. They literally took the time to go through potential choices and they also were extremely patient with me throughout the entire time. I cant believe Im saying this, but this is a shoe store that I wouldnt mind returning to just because the staff were very helpful and professional. I really appreciated all their assistance.

OMG, shoes!!!! Huge selection of designer mens and womens sandals, boots, sneakers, shoes, & bags. Does not have kids shoes (Sorry, but I see this as a plus...no screaming, crying, running kiddos) Prices vary, but always lower than youll find the same pair in a fancy department store. Huge parking lot. Has a reward program to earn points towards shoes.

Its alright. I went there to get a pair of sneakers, and boy do they have a wide variety of stuff. The biggest problem that I have with the store, however, is that the aisles look like an earthquake shook the place. Where are the staff to clean it up? A few boxes of sneakers only have one sneaker in there as well.

It seems like every time I shop here there is an endless line to check out. So often associates seem to be walking around or answering the phone instead of taking care of paying customers. Nice selection of shoes, though. Customer service is seriously lacking.

I always love browsing the clearance section here - being size 12/13 Mens, I can usually find some great deals that others are too small to fit into at a fraction of the price (I got some Aldo dress shoes here 70% off and paid 19.xx incl tax!). Thanks again DSW!

first of all its like 1,000 degrees in this store Waited on line forever Then find out the shoes r in the wrong box & I had to wait for a price check I left Dont go there if u r in a hurry

Very nice store. Not as crazy as the NYC locations. Staff is very friendly without being pushy.

Pretty cheap shoes. The clearance racks are always a fun adventure.
