Worst Pharmacy in existence. Every time I go there to fill anything its always an hour. Theres always a problem. You get 6 different answers about the problem because they lie to cover their asss about the problem. I guess they get away with bullshitting all their customers. Then if you actually go there to make sure the problem is going to be fixed they get annoyed with you. Theres always a huge line. The only technician that I never had a problem with is Sam. She is Amazing and is always pleasant and has always done a great job. In fact she was the only reason I was still going to that pharmacy at all. Unfortunately because of their negligence I had to postpone a trip I was flying out of state for to see my family. I have to say the Front store is great! The manager that works there is always working his ass off stocking shelves, putting up truck, signage everything. I feel like he lives there because I actually shop and spend a lot of money in there quite often and hes always there. He actually comes up front to help his cashiers ring, which I rarely seen done at any other Cvss. Plus hes always nice and always asks if you need any help. This really upsets me because this CVS is right down the block from me and now I have to go to another pharmacy which will not be a CVS. This makes everything more inconvenient for me since I use the pharmacy often.

The store is fine, but the pharmacy is consistently terrible. They offer bad information and worse customer service then act like theyre doing you a huge favor when they toss you your meds. Ive been here a number of times (live close by) and Im legitimately surprised how there seems to be some issue every time. Whether its ignoring the customer, misplacing prescriptions, causing excessive waiting, closing early, or just being rude and unfriendly, this pharmacy has you covered. It seems certain employees will not rest until theyve proved that to them you are just another chore between them and the weekend.

This review is split and the three stars are based on condition not service. The staff, both CVS and Pharmacy, have always been very helpful to me and most of the time I have been able to find what I have needed. However, the store itself looks and feels rundown and crowded even when empty. The front doors seem to be half broken most of the time and the parking lot is difficult, to say the least.

It is a big corporate pharmacy that makes you feel like it is an intimate mom and pop pharmacy. They know you by name and they know your meds. I always receive excellent service. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my familys medication needs.

Plan on waiting a while for prescriptions. There are over 10 people in line waiting at pick up and one person working. Go elsewhere!!!
