Wet Nipples

This Starbucks is definitely lacking in many different capacities. It serves the Watertown Fort Drum and surrounding communities but is definitely lacking in customer service, turnaround time that are marginal, Bakery products that are definitely dried out most of the time and a lack of consistency. Dont plan on this drive-thru taking you anything less than 3 minutes per car. The individuals that work inside are hit-and-miss as far as attitude. Corporate needs to come visit this store & send in its undercover shoppers on a qa/qc mission for sure! I understand customer service is a two-way street and people cant be upset for the most trivial of things like not enough whipped cream or not enough caramel. So the customers at the same time should take a little understanding to the attitude they give towards the Baristas. All in all the experiences here is marginal, if you get fortunate enough to have Joe as your Barista he is definitely one of the most positive aspects of this visit as hes always cheerful!

Its official, this is the worst Starbucks ive been to in my travels. Its like their machine is broken because the espresso suck and by suck i mean weak, incompetent compared to other starbucks. The baristas have 90 percent chance of making a crappy drink, the flat white suck, the way they make the cappuccino suck. The reason i gave it two stars before was because starbucks is known for a richer darker roast but this particular starbucks is the worst ive ever been too, i mean their drinks suck most the times i go there. . I strongly believe that their espresso machine is broken or baristas are re using espresso grounds. And or they all suck.

The coffee and service was just amazing. And the store its self clean, fresh, and a very welcoming area. Besides the wait, its well worth it. Try to find the times when theyre the most busiest, just so you dont get stuck in the morning coffee drive thru, mid day life crisis coffee run, and or my personal favorite "Give me the coffee and no gets hurt" run. Also please do try their yummy selections of treats. The lemond bread is on point!

Best coffee ever and well around town thats for sure ...the service is amazing and the workers are always smiling and happy ever in the early morning hours ...my favorite by far the salted Carmel mocha. ...venti in a mug not paper cup ....super delicious...i give it 5 stars definitely recommend to all :)

Pretty good Starbucks location overall, but the music here the last couple times Ive been was way too loud and often a little obnoxious. I think the music wasnt from the usual Starbucks playlists, since it was different from what the Starbucks app said was playing at the location.

The line at the drive thru and inside is consistently 20+ minutes. Other Starbucks locations can handle crowds and keep the line moving but this Starbucks cant seem to keep up. They need a bigger store. The drinks are usually great but the wait time is just absurd.

Always busy but need a caffeine kick. This Starbucks is fast and friendly. They are hard working crew and i think the customers should be nicer to these employees. I understand the service industry and I commend their beverage making skills every time I stop in.

Not sure these employees always know how to make coffee some days! I have waited 15-20 min or been completely forgot and had to go up and ask if I was missed , but its the only coffee around so I dont have much of a choice.

Starbucks in general is too expensive, but I keep going back. Drinks are usually great, & 85% of the time service is excellent. However, this location is always running out of supplies, & seems to have high turn over.

Power went out which also knocked their wifi down. It was brought to their attention and there was no follow through in their part nor communication. Leaving and will use the services and give my money to another.

They make you wait is so long, while they all are talking behind the coffee bar with only one barista making drinks. On top of everything they messed up on order twice. So disappointed because we love Starbucks :(

Sometimes the wait is a little long, but drinks always come out fast. Sometimes the drink is wrong, but the staff is always willing to remake it. Try an Iced Chai Tea Latte with a shot of White Chocolate!

Starbucks is great but this one is hit or miss. Absurdly long waits both inside and at the drive through. Staff doesnt really take the time to get to know you and Im aware that Starbucks is big on that.

Always always always has the longest wait time. It doesnt matter if you choose the drive through or cafe. If there was another option for a drive though I would choose it.

The barista made our coffees wrong. It was 6am though. Maybe he was still tired . He made then again without hesitation of course. Decent place. Friendly staff.

Longest wait EVER. And after the 15 minute wait for 1 drink in the drive thru,they messed my order up even though my cup clearly said what I wanted.
