When I was younger, I use to love coming to this Starbucks compared to the neighboring ones in Exton and further outside of town. The service here use to be very welcoming and a place anyone could come and relax. Now, besides the business standpoint of things it feels like a club for those who believe they are privileged. More privileged than others and the baristas do not make this truth even more clear. From how they talk and serve certain individuals to just the smiling faces that once wouldve loved to help you. This, is the reason I give this store three stars, coffee shops is not just a place to sell coffee it is also a place anyone would love to come and just relax from the weight of the world...leave their problems behind.

I can describe the experience here as rushed, unorganized, and somewhat lacking. The customer service is great; no problems there. The preparation is where things fall off a bit. In a college town that has one Starbucks, its constantly bustling with activity. Unfortunately, that also means that the small details get overlooked sometimes. I received a hot beverage that was barely warm and poorly made. YMMV, but Id choose a down-the-road Starbucks to get away from the activity and rush.

Staff and service is great just like most Starbucks stores, always quick helpful and friendly, parking on Gay street on the other hand is a nightmare most times of day, try to park on a side street if you can.
