Absolute pain getting in and out of the store in the parking lot, but the people working do their job pretty well. Most employees help out customers from their own experiences, but also dont pressure people to make purchases, which makes the process a whole lot easier.

Not worth trading in anything. Prices are kind of high on new and used games and merchandise. Great selection though. And if you need to buy for a gamer, this is the place to go. Convenient location and knowledgeable, friendly employees.
