Purchased a 2005 Honda CR-V. Had same minor issues as other review stated. They claimed to fix and put new brakes on, but I had to turn around and get new ones installed because not only did they put the worst quality on, they put them on wrong to the point it was sticking and overheating. Plus, I had to get the ball joints on both the passenger and driver sides because anytime I hit a bump all you heard and felt was metal on metal. Now, Im getting the transmission fixed because its already failing and the sensors are constantly on. I feel as if I was ripped off and sold a below quality vehicle. Because not only was there a recall they claimed to have taken care (they didnt, just had it done last week) but also lied on the car facts, never gave them to me and when I went to buy it, claimed I had to do it on my own. Oh I almost forgot, on the way home after first buying it, I smelled burning rubber. Pulled into the driveway, and the hubcap fell off... It was taped on with electrical tape. It melted when they placed the brakes on wrong and everything was overheating.

I bought one of my first cars from this place. If they gave you a lemon, take them to court. I wish I had. I saw a car on craiglist and called about it. When I got to the lot, they had the exact car but for a higher price. they said it was a different car and the other had sold. I should have turned around then. I bought another car and it had nothing but problems. Gas leak, breaks, check engine light, a grinding sound and shaking in the frame. They had it for weeks and then when I got it back it still had th same problems. Then they stopped returning my calls after the owner promised to repair them for me. I had a one month warranty and this all happened within that time frame. There was no excuse for them not to fix the car they sold me. If I could go back I would have taken them to small claims court and gotten my money back. I even tried to contact the BBB for help. Do not buy from them. The staff is nice because they know they are selling you junk. It is not worth the hassle.

I bought a car with minor issues that the dealer promise to fix . they had my car multiple times and still have the same issue since the day I bought the vehicle. I been real patient with them and yesterday was the first day I spoke up and demanded my car to get fix, but they responded by hanging up (Patrick). they tell me they would keep the car just for a day and every time they say a day they keep the car longer.(so far this is the 3rd time) now Im coming out of pocket even more to get back and forth to the shop by other people. Im a fulltime student and work part-time so now to keep attending I have to pay people to get me around. the issue with the car was minor but the dealer promise to fix and they still havent deliver. Would I recommend this dealer? No they are very unprofessional and all they care about is the money and not satisfying the customer!!!!!!!!

Mine was almost as bad as everyone else. My vehicle had a multitude of problems I found out after bringing it to my mechanic. Two days after receiving the vehicle my rotors froze and were metal on metal. I will say they fixed it so far appears to be fine. I wouldnt bring my car back for the other problems though, would rather my mechanic deal with them. Sorry to everyone else that wasnt treated respectfully. I didnt seem to have a problem with the owner or employees, he even reimbursed me for an alternator belt I had to replace. But I would have appreciated knowing more of the problems before I purchased the vehicle.

Never ever ever ever go to Fusion on West Ridge Road for a vehicle. The owner Mike will scream at you on the phone then hang up. And tell you to take your problems elsewhere. They sell junk vehicles & wont uphold the warranty. I asked if they typically yell at then hang up on paying customers his response was, yes yes we do. Then hung up. I was yelled at and hung up on 3 times!! DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS THERE! You will surely be ripped off!! Share so no one else gets duped!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE IF YOU CAN EVEN GET THEM TO REPLY. HAVE SENT THEM TONS OF EMAILS AND TEXT WITH NO REPLY! I EXPLAINED TO THEM I HAVE HORRIBLE CELL RECEPTION AT MY HOUSE AND EMAIL IS THE BEST FORM OF CONTACT. I JUST WANT THEM TO RUN MY CREDIT APP SO I KNOW WHAT I NEED DOWN ON A TRUCK! AVOID.

I paid $7500.oo for a jeep..car had so many problems it cost me $2000. In repairs that they refused to fix..I tooked them to court and i won..Now their refusing to pay what the court ordered them to. Now they wouldnt answer my calls so back to court with a lawyer!!
