Had a fantastic experience! Absolutely no complaints. I entered the market a few months ago as a first-time car buyer with a limited budget and very little knowledge of vehicles, pricing, maintenance, etc. I asked a friend (who works on cars as a hobby) for help; he suggested looking at used Hondas and recommended Bergen Auto Sales. We visited the dealership multiple times to test-drive cars. The man we worked with, Ryan, was very honest and realistic. Not realizing how quick turnaround could be for used cars, I missed out on a couple of good deals. When a third option came in, I jumped on the opportunity to test-drive it and Ryan agreed to hold it for me until my friend could stop in and inspect it. I ended up buying the car; Ryan was very helpful and reasonable throughout the process. He was willing to work around my schedule and made sure everything was all set when I came in to pick up the car. I genuinely could not be more pleased with the service I was given and the experience I had with Ryan and Bergen Auto. I have had my car for about 2 months now and have not had any problems. If you are looking for a reliable vehicle and have limited funds, I recommend exploring the options at Bergen Auto Sales.

I did not actually purchase a car from Bergen Auto Sales, but had a great experience with them none the less. After an accident that left my vehicle totaled, I went in to look at one specific vehicle that they had on the lot. After a test drive left me underwhelmed (nothing to do with the car, only that it wasnt my car that I was still wishing I had) the salesman and I discussed my budget and what I was looking for. He politely told me that the car I had lost was a great vehicle, and that with the exception of the car I had already driven and didnt love, he really didnt have anything at present time on the lot that fit my budget that was comparable to what I had given up. Although that wasnt what I wanted to hear, I left there being so appreciative that he didnt try and sell me something that I didnt want just to make a sale. I will absolutely be shopping there again in the future, as well as recommending them to friends and family.

Although we were hesitant about a new (to us) car purchase, our salesperson, Ryan put us at ease with the no-pressure, yet attentive atmosphere he offered. This allowed us to test drive several vehicles, discuss our needs and consider different options before making what we believe to be a well-informed purchase. Thanks to Ryans knowledge of his inventory and willingness to provide us with information, we are still happy with the decision we made six months ago to purchase our 2009 Acura. And let me tell you, those heated seats kept us toasty all winter!

Theyve always taken good care of me, they seem to have honest deals, they do have honest salesmen, and their mechanics are great. They have always worked on my vehicles, and Ive never been disappointed. The few times something hadnt been right they fixed it right away no questions asked. Much more affordable service than a big dealer.

Horrible experience. I had to practically beg to buy my car and come to find out he sold it to me with a salvage title without telling me and still hasnt sent my my spare key 6 months later. Dont ever buy a car here.
