OTB is such a great addition to Sayville! Whether its your first time there or your tenth, it feels like youve known the place forever. Beautiful, welcoming decor and atmosphere with friendly smiling staff and chefs cooking right in front of you. Not only is the menu perfectly handcrafted but there are daily specials and always the option to pick a steak or other meat to be cut and prepared by the owner himself! The chili espresso wings are meaty but all real, delicious, fall of the bone chicken. Riblets fall off the bone as well and have just enough glaze for flavor without a mess on your hands! The Brussel sprouts are an absolute must and will even have kids raving for more. And of course the burgers - its hard to choose which one but any choice is a good one, even for vegetarians in a butcher shop! Very happy to enjoy this gem for years and years to come.

The food is amazing, the aesthetic is appealing, and their beer selection is small, but solid. They have a wide selection of made-to-cook foods (go in, pick it up and cook it at home) which is an awesome service for families in a rush. I havent been yet, but word on the street is that their brunch is superb also. The only faults I can find are that there isnt many meatless selections and that it is a small venue, but it is an old butcher shop so not so surprising that they dont cater to veggies, and the small space provides a quieter atmosphere. I would recommend calling for reservations, even on a weird day. My only other complaint is that they close early, 8:00, so make sure you go early! **Edit: (1) They dont take reservations, but they do allow you to order drinks while waiting so thats a plus. (2) They extended their hours! Thank you!

Randomly stopped here with a friend based on what we heard. Its a cute restaurant /butcher. Theres counter seating as well as a restaurant room for eating. The wine selection was great and the food was scrumptious! Our waitress was delightful and the cooks were fun to watch in action. The mac and cheese appetizer was a winner!! The burger was cooked just right and the chicken pot pie with black truffle was perfect comfort food.

This place is always on point everytime I come here. Sat the counter for the first time yesterday and was amazed by the hard work these guys work, from the chefs to the staff in the back, everyone hussles and work well with each other. Every dish came out like beautiful artwork within all the organized chaos. Not sure why but the counter experience gave me more of an appreciation for my meal

Great burgers!! I had a custom 5 cut and washed it down with a couple of Goose Island IPAs. Great atmosphere, however, the acoustics in the very small dining area make even the slightest whisper a loud echo. They had a good 90s Alt rock playlist, but not loud enough to drown out the other conversations. Get sound deadening material for the walls and you get 5 stars.

An amazing local spot. All the beef/steak you can ask for and a whole lot more. I honestly havent tried anything on the menu which I did not enjoy. The hardest part is finding seating during dinner hours. Enjoy

Best food around burgers are amazing, 5 cut patty is delicious, fries, chips always made perfect. The chili espresso wing sauce it ridiculous. Ive been there at 15 times and they never disappoint.

Great butchery. Fantastic, unique fare that you often wont see anywhere else, plus theyll carry some unique things at the counter. Wild boar is amazing!

Fries are great especially with the siracha lime dipping sauce (make sure to ask for it) generally I suggest meals, however everything is amazing here.
