Ive been here dozens of times and always get helped by Ryan. He is the super knowledgeable, young owner who jump started Chubs and turned it into the absolute best butcher shop around. He and his staff have made this the "Go-To" spot for steaks and chops that the grocery store could only dream of having! Also they have a case full of freshly cooked dinners, and prepared foods that makes Chubs a true destination spot. Besides the food it couldnt be more conventionally located, It is literally within a minutes drive from the LIE. Ive been going since they opened over a year ago and havent once had a disappointing experience. In this economy, a first time owner, starting up a brand new business, and finding success in his first year, you know they have to be doing something right. I could go on and on, but I have some AMAZING dry aged porterhouse steaks that I purchased just last night and I cant wait to throw them on the grill!!!

Omg!!! Best Butcher on Long Island!! My search is over! My big issue with living on Long Island is make believe butcher shops that I have been to. I tried a few places and needless to say have not gone back. I want quality, Fresh, Freezer packed and service with a smile. I got that and more. I am not a sandwich person but my husband ordered the my cousin Vinny and I sole half his sandwich, lol Ryan, Great Job we will be back.... See you soon.

Helpful, friendly staff and unbelievable prices for top quality meat. Clean shop offering ready made foods, such as meatloaf or marinated steaks as well as cut to order. This has to be the best butcher not only in Patchogue-Medford area but for miles around. I live in Queens and discovered this shop visiting my brother who lives in Patchogue and come out at least once a month or more to stock up. Highly recommend this business.

If you love heros and dont have TMJ then this place is heaven. The heros are overloaded with the best meat and the bread is amazing!!!! I recommend the Italian. Thank you Chubs!!!! You guys never disappoint.
