Expensive, Unfriendly atmosphere, Bad vibes. Went in there to get a piece done on my ribs, showed him a picture of what i wanted, asked to see his work &showed me one picture, OFF HIS CELL PHONE. The guy offered a date i said i wasnt sure bc i might be out of town &set it for a later date, went back in 2 days later, said I actually would like it on that date, he flips his appt book open right in front of me (completely blank) &tells me hes taking off instead. Whatevs, I was fine with that.(remind you not once did he look me in the eye when speaking) Then asked to see if he drew my tat up yet, he said no, I asked when I could see it, & stumbled on his words, &couldnt answer me. Not only was everyone in the shop disinterested in me, my friend also tried to schedule an appt to get his piece finished, couldnt because this clique shop would not look our way. Noticed on the card it said non-refundable deposits, called anyway since he didnt even draw my piece up, &HUNG UP ON ME ! Paid $40 for absolutely nothing.

Nice local shop. In my opinion many of the tattoos that are done here are lower quality, but you get what you pay for. If youre looking for a traditional style tattoo, this is a good shop. Other than that, do not come here. The piercer that made this shop five stars (for me) no longer works here. For plain body jewelry their prices are good, but if youre looking for something nicer (gold, precious stones, etc.) their prices are high. You can find the same jewelry for a lot less at other shops. The current piercers that I have interacted with are okay. The one at the Clifton Park location does not have much experience. So keep that in mind. One of the piercers in the Saratoga location is not very customer friendly. EXPECT TO SEE HIGH PEOPLE WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER, AND GETTING PIERCINGS DONE.

Not sure if my daughters caught these guys on a bad day because they have good reviews, but the di@% that served then was a complete a-hole. They wanted some simple ink and a belly button piercing, and this guy basically acted like they were asking him to tat the Mona fu@%in Lisa . Didnt know the price of a piercing because "it wasnt his job". My ladies are very sweet and very polite, and to be treated like this pissess me off! Way to attract customers douche bags! First impressions are everything and you seriously blew it!

Went in to get a VCH piercing which, understandably, I was extremely nervous about. Krista was so calm and straightforward, that it eased my anxiety away. She didnt rush me and I never felt uncomfortable or awkward in any way. The shop was as steril as an operating room and I couldnt be more happy with the result. We got to chatting afterwards and she is going to order me a custom rose gold bar that she offered to switch out for me in a couple months! 100% would recommend going here and would refer any of my friends.

When I decided I was going to get a tattoo, I was a little indecisive about actually going through with it because I was so nervous about the tattoo artist messing up or something. Im a graphic designer, so I knew exactly what my tattoo wanted to look like and sure enough it came out AMAZING! In fact, I love it so much that I want the same thing on the other side! Not only are the people really friendly, but its very clean there and the tattoo artists are extremely talented. They certainly have a gift!

Got my nose pierced, and I had some trouble with the piercing. This was not the fault of Needlewurks. I went back 3 times and each time I was taken care of immediately. They even switched out my nose ring free of charge. I found the staff to be friendly and courteous. I know their tats are a bit pricey, but I am told they are worth the money. Who wouldnt want to pay well for something that will be on your body forever? They stand by their work, and when I get my tat re-vamped, guess where Im going?

A friend and I BOTH called to try and set up an appointment. The man who answered the phone wouldnt give us any information, openings, anything. We told him wed be getting a ride from Glens Falls and we couldnt, "Just stop in." Yet he told us that several times. Kept telling us he didnt know anything. Should definitely not be answering the phone. Very unprofessional. Luckily the gentlemen at Gold Tiger scheduled us for an appointment at the same time on the same day and werent ASSHOLES about it!

I walked in yesterday with an idea for a tattoo (and finally the push to get it.) Within minutes I was talking to an artist--Joslin--who took the image I had from a book and made into the most beautiful stencil. Her "bedside manner" is the bomb--super laid back, asking questions when the lines get thick, genuinely an interesting and kind person. I could not rave more about my experience. The pricing, given the quality and time, was super reasonable. Joslin is a great addition to this team.

I went by myself to get my nose pierced. I was really nervous, Ive never gone alone. The guy that did my piercings I forgot his name, he was a tall bald guy with tattoos and gauges. Nicest guy Ive ever met, grabbed the secretary to have her stay in the room with me. He threw in saline solution because Im a nurse. He was just an all around great guy.

I had a great experience Krista did an amazing job piercing my belly button she made sure I was comfortable and it didnt hurt at all except for a small pinch and the piercing looks great! Also the place is super clean as well as the piercing area and its just a great place in general! I definitely recommend coming here!

Paul is the best piercer in the area. He has been piercing for over 20 years. You will not find a shop cleaner than his! He is super friendly and ususually gives out high fives after your piercing! Great selection of beautiful jewelry for when your piercing is healed! Also amazing tattoo artists under the same roof.

They are very professional and amazing artists. Especially Bridget Punsalang, she has done 3 of mine and 3 of my daughters. We get compliments all the time and even stopped by people for them to take pictures of our tattoos. This is the only place we will go to get our ink done.

I have received piercings there are two occasions. They are clean, professional, skilled, and friendly. I know they do all sorts of exotic piercings and dermal anchors. Definitely recommend them.
