Extremely poor customer service & disrespectful staff! Never say "Welcome to Cosmo Prof" like the Greece branch did. When you about to cash out, the cashier gives you an attitude & look down on you like you cant afford to buy their stuffs. No wonder why most of their customers went to Greece branch. Staffs lack of knowledge about the products they selling. NEED TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

If I wasnt licensed I dont know what I would do if I couldnt shop there! Sometimes though, they run low/out of stuff like color but I think thats because thats where Continental gets all their supplies from. I kind of like the Greece store better but the Henrietta location is closer to me.
