I purchased a pair of guess sandals from DSW Poughkeepsie New York galleria. To sandals cost me $60 plus tax. The sandals left my feet black every time I wore them. Unfortunately I dont have the receipt. I did call DSW Who told me they dont know what they could do about it. I did call the shoe brand company called Guess warehouse and they told me since I brought it from a third-party they cant help me either .

Lousy customer service. Bought shoes online and tried to return to store since they didnt fit. "Manager" told be they dont take returns unless there is a manufacturer defect. Called company directly and they will happily take my return and ate even refunding my shipping cost.
