I absolutely hate this place and the unprofessionalism..i walk into the store am offered 0 help and have to wait for a worker to leave the backroom..then finally get my shoe and ask for a size larger..im waiting on line for over 30-45 minutes thinking my shoe was waiting for me behind the counter as the woman who was getting me my shoes made eye contact with me multiple time and at no point decided it was smart to tell me they didnt hav my shoe in that size..i will never return there and giv them my $ due to the unprofessionalism and lack of communication

Wanted to call the store near me to verify stock of a specific shoe , but the only number published is their common "customer service" center . I had to hold 11 minutes listening to bad hold music after which I hung up .Id Rather spend a few extra dollars at a store that is more responsive.
