Great shoe collection. However, the staff arent as helpful as Id hope. The only positive thing they do is say hello at the door, otherwise, they are pre-occupied by stocking up shelves. Every time Ive gone there, Ive asked someone to help me find a size since I have bigger feet and its a little harder. They always tell me that they only have whats on the floor and just to look around. UGH! So disappointing, at least offer me something else... But regardless, I still shop here because the location is convenient. It just takes me a little longer to find what I need since they dont carry many size 9/10s.

So bad. First of all, there shoes are not designer and not one shoe is recent. All shoes are from like 10 years ago, and not even the good ones. Second, when I came, the sign said dsw hoes which really offended me and I had kids with me at the time, who I didnt want to expose to this profanity. Third, the service is very bad! I wouldnt recommend at all, especially considering the fact that they cant fix their sign.

I used to love DSW, but at some point they changed. I think its when they changed the meaning of DSW from "Discount Shoe Warehouse" to "Designer Shoe Warehouse" ... for such a large store, youd expect a tremendous amount of selection... and yes, they have a lot of shoes, but everything looks the same.

Great selection of quality shoes for men and women. Not the best prices but the quantity and quality out shadow that. The only issue we had and the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that they do not have kids shoes and that is why we came looking for.

Every time I try shopping here I remember why I stopped . Ten workers on the sales floor and no one can help you! ! Then if you ask for help they point and brush you off!! Stay Away from this pit!!!

In the new styles of shoes there were no size 10 or 9.5; on the three shoes I picked out. The clearance section had tons of variety! Ill be purchasing online due to the lack of size availability.
