probably the best customer service i have ever encountered in my life. I went there to buy expensive wine for my boss, was willing to pay 100 dollars, and i ended up paying 50. They dont look to steal your money, and for you to buy the best ones. They lead you to the one which would be best for you, not for the money you will spend. They even told me to come back and tell them if my boss loved it.

I called to ask if they have a full case of a specific type of wine that I needed for an event. Then I called later to ask what time they close so that I can plan my errand rout. The man got so mad at the fact that I called twice he said he is not telling me and hung up. I went somewhere else and will continue to shop elsewhere for my events. Very strange.
