I just had one of the greatest customer service experiences ever and which by far surpasses any of the retail customer service, restaurant customer service or any of the dreaded cellphone service provider customer service (no name needed!) experiences of the new year! I must admit, I was a little embarrassed at first to visit a "We Buy Gold" store and the thought of doing so made my situation seem to grow much worse but after speaking to a wonderful young lady by the name of Kamni at Suffolk Gold Jewelry & Diamond Buyers via telephone I was given a little peace of mind and felt as if the drive from Valley Stream to Northport would be worth while. After taking my journey East a few days later, to my surprise, I was greeted with smiles and a friendly welcome by the young lady Kamni who I had spoken with a few days prior. She had no idea of the impact that she had on my decision to not only sell my diamond jewelry and gold but on my decision to do so at the location in which she worked. I still felt a little weary about selling my pieces but the situation I was in at the time most certainly warranted and constituted it. The best part is that I had never felt as comfortable as I did in a buy/sell situation before. Kamni was more than understanding of the conundrum that I had found myself trapped and lost in, educated me on the competitive world market for precious metals, graded my diamonds with great precision (kudos to the Gemological Institute of America for creating such a professional and confident gemologist. Your student serves you well!) but most astonishingly, Kamni more importantly made the experience ALL ABOUT ME. Which is really what I needed. I can really appreciate her for that. She heard my story, empathized, educated, and took all variables from her grading into consideration and gave me the best price available. I sincerely thank her for that. One thing I can say for certain, Kamni has earned my trust simply by being a genuinely customer satisfaction and integrity driven individual. Whether I live in New York or Timbuktu I will always reach out to Kamni and those at Suffolk Gold Jewelry & Diamond either for an offer or advise before selling anywhere else. I most certainly is an experience, although simple in nature, that I will carry with me for a long time. Sincerely, a gratefully appreciative customer. Living in suffolk and trying to find a place to sell gold jewelry is really hard because you dont know when you will get ripped off, This place is honest with friendly staff and will explain the entire process of gold melting and jewelry appraisals.
