I just purchased an engagement ring at this location. I was overwhelmed and extremely nervous shopping around for something I knew little to nothing about. Then I came across Levit Jewelers and from the moment you walk through the door you know you are dealing with good people. They walked me through the 4Cs and gave me several options to chose from within my spending limit. At no time did they attempt to pressure me into spending out of my comfort zone. I walked away with a beautiful ring and my fiance can not stop looking at it.

I brought my engagement ring in to get it sized and I was nervous about trusting any jeweler. The jewlers at levit assured me all the work will be done in front of me and even took me to the back where there jewelry cleaner was and showed me so I felt more comfortable and told me what they were doing every step of the way and let me watch my ring being worked on. The ring came out beautiful and I felt comfortable the whole time! I have finally found a jeweler I trust. I HIGHLY recommend them! Everyone there is very nice as well!

I highly recommend this jewelry shop in Massapequa Park! Chris and Dary are not only the best in the business but extremely trustworthy and reliable. I have had numerous customized items made for me and each one was beautiful and far exceeded my expectations! From simple ring resizings and stone resettings to total transformations of vintage pins to rings left me amazed! They know their stuff so if you want the best of the best look no further!

I will never ever go here again, I went to repair a clasp, not replace, on my necklace, it was $10, I thought it was outrageously priced, when I complained the owner said its a bargain considering the price of gold, so I told him you just repaired the clasp, not replaced it, he didnt know what to say, one worker offered me money back, but as I went to take the money, the owner said no, and grabbed it back, before I could take it.

I live in Manhattan but am in Massapequa frequently to visit family - after being ripped off @ an NYC jewelry store to make a simple repair, I now bring all my repairs/cleanings to Levit. Prices are more than fair and often with same day pickup. Spectacular customer service, they make you feel like a part of their family!
