First they deliver a damaged drier w/ the wrong prong plug. They say they will replace it. A week later on the day of delivery, they call and say they will be here in 10 min. After 2 phones calls to customer service and 3 hours of waiting, we still never got the drier and the drivers blew us off because they claim they couldnt find our house. And because it was now almost 7:30pm, there were no drivers working and they dont deliver on Sundays. If they couldnt find the house, why didnt the drivers call and ask for directions. And we r only 5 miles from Sears. And they found it with no problem a week ago! Whats a few more days without a drier, its already been over a week.

I arrived at no later than 4:30pm. All I needed was an oil change,rotation and an alignment. And all the associate gave me was excuses not to do the and to come back the next day because it would take too long. Dropping off my car the next day doesnt work for me. Dont pride yourselves on service if your not willing to do the work! Especially if I just spent over $500 lest than a month at your location.

Was told my vehicle would be done and out the door in forty-five minutes. Came back forty-five minutes later and the vehicles was still where I parked it and three techs were still standing at the front counter talking and goofing off. Midas did the same oil change and tire rotation for $22 when Sears had wanted $55.
