I have shopped at this thrift store location multiple times and I have also made donations. I will separate my reviews for each. Shopping: I am generally happy to find items that I can use or repurpose and the prices are pretty reasonable. The store in general is kept clean and clear of clutter at least each time I have visited. They have shopping carts and baskets which make it easy to shop around the entire store which also does have a big footprint. I have never had the need to engage with the staff until it was time to check out. However, last night I arrived a few minutes to 8pm and the store was still filled with quite a few shoppers. I started toward the shopping carts and one employee looked at me cross but I greeted her and she didn’t respond. As I continued and went to grab a cart the same employee yelled out… “What time is it?” to the store manager (who I also greeted and again no reply except a dirty look) and immediately grabbed the microphone and announced… “Attention, Attention, the store is now closed.” So I graciously put the cart back and left the store. I have to say that I was a bit shocked that neither of these two workers had the decency to at least return my greeting and apologize that the store is closed and ask me to return the next day or so. It would have been the professional thing to do. I understand times are tough and good staffs in these types of jobs are hard to find but a bit of training would go a long way to treating and keeping happy the people “CUSTOMERS” who keep them employed. Despite this experience, I do plan to go again but if this ever happens again, I will definitely not be as gracious and will stop supporting this location! Donations: I liked that the donation area has plenty of parking which makes it easy to unload your items. They also have a list of the items they accept posted and the times when they accept donations. They do give you a receipt that you made a donation but it is up to you to list your items and any value it on you. Overall my experience with employees in that area was a pleasant one. My *3-STAR* review is based on my overall satisfaction at this time. It is in middle ground and the measurement can move in either direction.

They have good variety but thats because of the town besides that the clothes are not washed just a heads up because to other salvation armies Ive been the clothes were washed but not here also staff were "meh" I asked about a cabinet and they said "is either sold or someone took the tag off" then I asked how to find out the status it was because they definitely didnt want to do the job then they told me to come back Monday which is now two days from now

I dont like how the furniture is so expensive and old,you also cant get it delivered,unfortunately theres people that are in need of furniture and have no vehicle nor have the extra money to get a U-Haul,,also lots of clothes are ripped at the shoulder line and u cant return them if theres a problem so u really need to inspect the clothing,and way over priced considering its all a donation to the stores of the salvation army

You definately have to visit often to find specific items. But its a great treasure chest as you never know what you will find with each visit. It only took 3 weeks to find the perfect desk for my home office and the cost was perfectly in my price range.

First time visit for me and I was pleasantly surprised of how clean these clothes and other items were. I ended up purchasing a whole season worth of school clothes for my son during my first visit.

Found some great corner book cases in great shape and at a wonderful price. Also, found some great khaki uniform pants at reasonable prices. Their sale days are great.

It was okay, some items like glass ware was priced too high. You can get a better deal at the dollar store or Walmart
