i recently moved to this area. i have tried so many times to shop at this store .every time i go i regret going. people are unfriendly except for 2 . one in the bakery and a young man at customer service . there is one woman who is almost always there she has you waiting for at least 5 mins . either she is on the phone talking about how happy she is some one got a bonus or they are passing around cheese cake . then when she does come to me she says can i help you? really? yes thats why i am standing here so long. i have worked in the super market chain a lone time . i get people have bad days but every time i go in there its the same. you catch eye contact and say hi and they just walk away. needless to say i found food town close to me so i am done no more king kullen.i had to give a star to post or i wouldnt have done that .. some one also needs to actually taste the salads they make ! taste the pasta Parmesan and tell me what you think..

Normally they ok but today August 12 - 2015 Is only one cashier lady working her name is Sam, I ask for the manager I never got hes or her name from the cashier, I need to redeem a Boucher and guess to courtesy desk and today no one was there !!! Hey management what about customer service, remember cash paying customers can spend their money anywhere elses.

Extremely expensive. Compared to other stores that are local. Paid 7.99 for the same item that can be found at 4.99 at another local store. In general it was convince, but unless you have money to burn, its not for me.

This is a perfect example of why King Kullen is doomed. It is always dirty and there is no one to help you. Two stars for a decent self checkout experience.

The only complaint I have is the lack of cashiers which often forces me to use self check out. I hate those self check out lines.

Always get the best service from the deli dept. Never a line when I go
