Went in for sale on shrimp. While there I also ordered their fried fish dinner and fried shrimp dinner. What used to be a good size order and light battered seafood has now turned into two 1 and 1/2 x 3 inch pieces of overcooked fish and heavily battered (more batter than shrimp) shrimp. I was also overcharged on the raw shrimp on sale and got them for free. I have never pushed this "free if it rings up wrong" but while just trying to get the sale price adjustment my hot food got cold. Will not ever go to this Big Y on E Silver St again. Overpriced and their take out food now sucks. Used to be great.

Awesome, clean and organized. I was traveling from South Carolina to Massachusets and this place is now starred on my list as a stopping point. The quality was outstanding and the service and character of staff were fantastic. The superfood kale salad and broccoli cranberry salad were very nice. The Boston cream muffins I liked but not my wife. Nice cream in the middle and a crunch on top. The blueberry muffin was perfect. The coffee not so good. I think my milk was off and coffee seemed watery. The milk was at the end of the bag life..... No matter everyone has a margin, I will stop on the way back home.

The atmosphere is very nice, but I think their prices run a little expensive for my tastes. Ive gotten sandwiches there are couple times, they were good. They have this goofy gimmick with silver and gold coins as a means to build store loyalty and get discounts on individual products. Maybe it was more interesting back when people routinely carried coins around, but these days, all Im carrying is a phone and a credit card. Keep your coins.

Ooooh obstriticulous certainly obstriticulous. Perfect bathrooms most absorbent toilet paper ever. The toilets were a sheer delight clean is too gentle a word to describe the cleanliness of the bathroom of this place. My eyes are tearing thinking of how i felt forever i shall remember this facility with warmth and fondness

The pizza is incredible!! They did change the store around, and i cant find anything. The produce section has some organic stuff but it is mostly fresh. The have decent sales most of the time. Most of the staff are friendly. The Little Y is useful. Also most of the time there are free delicious samples!!

A little pricy but I like shopping local. Better produce in the winter than local competition. Always friendly staff. I recommend that the managers who are fairly consistent, reach out to regulars, build a relationship, and thank them for their business.

Stopped here quickly on our way through Westfield. The store was very quiet and we found what we needed quickly. The cashier we got on the express register was very slow however we were not in a rush, so it didnt inconvenience us.
