The Glastonbury Whole Foods is quite large in size and has an affable staff that caters to every your every grocery need that you may have for a thorough organic variety of foods needed to feed you and your loved ones. Including your fur babies too. If on a budget, they also provide a line called "365" that espouses every variety of product sold and offered per se. ( Its their generic line.) What is great about Whole Foods is that they "always "back up every product they sell , especially if you have tried it and personally did not like it. All you have to do is bring in the item- even if opened and have proof of purchase - receipt! Try to stay with the same store. Otherwise, they will not return your monies and you will find yourself having to return to the original store that you purchased from. They also keep a large amount of food on hand, especially during sales and provide affordable items such as flowers, soap, make up, shampoo, etc and nothing is " packaged organically" and yet is found in Target. It really is á véritable organic source that one can rely on. Also, they take special orders. Greenwich, however, is smaller and does not carry a lot of the items that the other chains carry. Yet they have an incredible bakery. Give it a try. I guarentee that you will have a pleasurable expérience. Whole Foods even provides ice for frozen food, elastics for foods that may open and discounts for having your own bags in order to package your groceries and also if you utilize a" package " of items rather than purchase individually , again a discount is applied to benefit your savings on your bill. I love Whole Foods and am quite spoiled by there produce and delicious food. Note: I am the type to eat to live, not live to ear-but enjoy healthy eating nontheless. I will not eat anywhere else. That is the power of its product.

Staging area for about 15 trucks. Cannot show up at staging area until 22:00 the night before delivery. You must leave after empty, cannot return to staging area and no street parking available. Check in with guard, will call you with a door "whenever". Open doors, back into door and then you are able to check in receiving office earliest at 02:00. There is a TA 2 miles away.

Dont treat professional drivers well. Drivers must stand outside in the cold to check in, and no bathrooms. They consider a "porta-potty" as a bathroom? This is just another example of drivers being treated as second class citizens. The sad part is, that the ONLY customers that I have serviced that treat drivers this badly, has been food distributors. Very sad indeed.

This is a rat hole went there to deliver the temperature on the refer unit was good they started to unload and then they told me they rejected the load because the product was hot which was not true and after like 3 hours later found out that they had no room to store their product thats why they did not take it

For truck drivers. I didnt like this place. They dont have lumper service so the driver breaks down pallets sorting similar products together if you have mixed products on a pallet. It sucks after driving long distances. Dont plan to go back there.

Ive notified Google Maps that the location should be called "Whole Foods Market Distribution Center" and the category should NOT include the word "store." It is just a logistics facility -- a regional distribution center.

They will not let you stay on the property. Can only check in after 2am. Park somewhere else for the night and then go to the receiver couple hours before appointment time.

this is not a review of whole foods just a warning to people who would travel to this location thinking it is. Its just a distribution warehouse.
