My husband was insulted when he showed that his white mocha grande was almost half the cup full. The barista asked him if he had drinked it and it was disturbing when she showed her manager . We are regulars here living near by and we see that caucasian customers always get pleasantly greeted . Instead of just refilling and apologizing she looked very upset. Im going to forward this kind of treatment to corporate. Everyone should be treated equally and not by the skin color. My husband and I are latinos even though I have a white complexion since my dad is British and have confirmed this type of service.

Location is convenient! Been here several times now Its on 112 off the LIE service rd. Head East on south service road and make a right behind some buildings. Go around and youll hit Starbucks on the left. They have a small seating area outside. The place is convenient but small. Not much seating inside though but thats ok. Baristas are great! The staff is very nice and on point. They always greet you with a smile. The place is always clean Will I keep coming? with out a doubt!

Im a pretty forgiving customer and Ive been to a ton of Starbucks locations but this one consistently gets it wrong. Ask for a venti decaf soy americano youll get a grande caramel macchiato; venti decaf soy holiday spice youll get a grande gingerbread flat white with nutmeg. After 4-5 times you get tired of correcting the barista. Starbucks, please re-train this location. Cheers.

First time at this location and received the worst costumer service: after getting my order wrong and waiting long to be taken care of... I was given the worst attitude. I just got my $ back and thats when she offered me a free frapuchino. I said "no thank you". I want respect and better costumer service, not free stuff.

By far the hardest working starbucks Ive been to. I love them all. The drinks taste amazing always right. Never a fuss if I ask for an odd order. Ask mike.

The park is OK, but make sure your children use the restrooms before you visit this park, because there are no bathrooms. So bad!!
