really wonderful health foods jewel, just happened upon it on the way to flos from sayville, and decided to stay for food. offers açai bowls, eggs, gluten free pancakes and a rotating plant-based lunch menu. fantastic vibe, small, lovely, has outdoor seating. definitely worth a visit.

I only stopped for a cup of coffee so I cant give a comprehensive review. However, the pour over coffee was excellent and the people working there were extremely friendly. Small local coffee shop run by locals. Definitely a great place to grab a cup of excellent coffee.

Great healthy cafe. All the food Ive had from here has been great (try their soups!) and their coffee is fantastic, made fresh for each order. The staff are all very friendly and happy to answer questions or provide recommendations. Give it a try if youre in the area!

This place is a gem, whether stopping in for a quick coffee or tea or more. The soups are excellent, very tasty. The wraps and other vegan choices are also very well done. The staff is super nice and helpful.
