The customer service here is terrible - please hire a manger who knows what they are doing. I would give 0 stars if possible. I bought a charger with a long cord for my iPhone last week (I needed a longer cord) and it broke the first time I used it. It was defective - the chip that goes in your phone slid right out as I gently unplugged it from my phone after the first use. I brought in the defective charger along with my receipt to the manager and asked him to please replace it for me, as I had spent $22 on it. The manger told me there was no way of knowing that I didnt break it myself and that there was nothing he could do. I let him know I didnt break it and that I didnt feel that was right at all. He made me wait 10 minutes while he opened every drawer in the store and looked around confused like he didnt know what year he woke up in. After accusing me of breaking it myself, giving me an attitude, and making me wait, he came forward with an iPhone charger with a short cord which costs 5.99, that was already used lol. I took it and walked out and will never go back again. What a waste of my money. Such an unbelievably stupid reason to lose a customer. Please hire a competent manger. Very very upset with this dump.
