I was very excited to see that Tractor Supply was opening 3 miles from my house! I missed shopping at the store close to my old home. I have been shopping at the new Lake Katrine location since its opening & have found some problems, which I have conveyed to the Corporate Office as well. I use many of their pet items, including their 4Health Dry Dog Food, 4Health Wet Dog Food (both great products, all natural, no by-products, etc., Retriever Absorbent Training Pad (large quantities),all varieties of wet cat food, cat treats, Paws & Claws Clumping Cat Litter, Bird Seed, Dog Beds, etc... I have been extremely happy with every product, especially the proprietary products. That why I have been SO FRUSTRATED that many products have been out of stock. For example, the Feb sale included the training pads & cat litter. I have been at the store 2-3 times a week and the products are still not in stock! It is difficult to abruptly change the dog food. The closest Tractor Supply is down in Highland, NY. I end up having to go to another store, buy food my dogs dont love, and spend more money on all the products, not to mention the tremendous waste of time. I know it is a new store & there will be a learning curve, but it is starting to anger me when I come to the store & the shelves are EMPTY in the pet food/supply area, the sale items gone! Doug, at the customer service desk is so nice, has been as helpful as he can be & tries to offer suggestions. I have spoken with other customers & they are having similar issues. I sincerely hope things will change, adjusting inventory levels or I will have no choice but to stop shopping at Tractor Supply. I am hoping to get to the next Vet Clinic on 2/26 (for the 1st time) for my dogs vaccinations. I hope I have a better experience with the clinic.

Went to the store for my sons dog treats and found the staff very helpful and friendly. I even saw one of the associates offer and help another customer bring out a large bag of dog food ! Thank you for being so helpful!
