They have a good selection there and they delivery which is great however the staff are not knowledgable about products and seem distracted when you try to talk to them. They often do not open up on time and I have waited 30+minutes for someone to turn up to open the place up. The staff are flakey and appear more interested in texting than working. When you order make sure they repeat is back as they will often get it wrong the first time and sometimes the second time. Sometimes they forget to give the driver the whole delivery as well. However the drivers are great and will make the effort to go back and correct this. There is also a super cute fat kitty in the shop you should make time to say hello to if you stop in.

This is a great pet store. Lots of natural foods and treats. A decent variety as well. One of my dogs favorite treats are from Vital Essentials and this is one of the only pet stores Ive found that carries it. The staff was extremely helpful and knew a lot about the products and brands.
