I specifically chose to come to petsmart because they advertised walk in services which was great because I needed to have my dogs faces trimmed up that day. Upon arriving to the location they told me they didnt have time to do the touch up which was the exact name of the "walk in" package they advertise online. Wasted my time packing my dogs into my car driving there getting them into the store just to have to turn around and bring them home waste of time and gas. There should be a big stipulation on the site that says walk is services ONLY if we have time. But my consolation was "I can schedule and appointment for you now if youd like" if I had wanted to schedule an appointment I would have gone to petco who I always go to but doesnt offer walk in service. At least they dont claim to have walk in service and then tell you once youre there only we have time. I would NOT go to petsmart for walk in service

So dont do the $22 Pawdicure sale they have going on in grooming right now. I have a picture of the sign it says it includes teeth brushing, when I asked them to do it they said it doesnt come with it.. but it does!! It comes with more then they did and I stood there and watched. They wouldnt even let me pick the bandana. Such a waste of money!! And rude customer service that talks about their customers as soon as they walk out they had something to say about an old guy and a lady! Do your jobs!!!!!

I shop here regularly. Shelves are always stocked, the few times Ive asked questions the employees helped me, and cashiers seem to be relatively efficient/friendly.
