Worst customer service. Had to wait till 8 for store to open even though posted hours say 7:30. Only one person working and he was having a problem taking care of another customer. Just need oil filter and oil deal but no book to look up what fits. Finally he can lookup. Not in stock. Ask about other options but his accent is to thick to understand and he his berating me because I wasnt happy about waiting 45 minutes to find they didnt have it in stock. Was never nasty or loud. And he couldnt provide an alternate oil deal even though there are more than a dozen online. This is why brick and morter stores are closing. I for one wont go back.

They need more automotive knowledge! I have needed simple and complicated things and they have no clue ! I actually had to fight to prove a part on brake lines exists. (Brake hoses ) not all lines are bent metal! This is something all the employees should know let alone there best parts person who knows "everything". Be careful if you are learning or trying to do things your self they will confidently give you wrong advise! Very very frustrating. I never review but wrong advice and parts can be very bad when dealing with cars.

I received the wrong rear wiper blade for my 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SUV from Auto Zone in Huntington. Since I am a woman who just wants a man to install it for me, I held onto it until I knew it was going to rain, & asked my boyfriend to help me. However, it being the wrong wiper at this time was very annoying to me, as I couldnt see out the rear window, and this vehicle has some blind spots. They did credit my account and took it back.Now I am asking them today to install it for me in my home town!!

Everyone here tries there absolute best to help out their customers. People who step foot into this store have to realize its an auto parts place to get parts not a place where they are mechanics. If you need a mechanic then go to a mechanic this store is just there to assist in buying car parts and quick advice

As with all Autozone stores, this one is also understaffed. This leaves to waiting and lines. However, the store Manager Vijay, tries his best to make sure everyone is helped. This one is better than most Autozone and other auto parts stores.
