My car had a leak in the hose coming from the radiator which I was forced to fix right there in the parking lot. I did not have the correct tools needed and they couldnt find any in their supply either. The associate let me use one from the shelf and she totally saved the day for my family and I! All of the associates there were super friendly, if I ever break down in that area again, this is the first place I will go!

Staff here is much more helpful than at competing parts stores. But sometimes they arent the most knowledgeable which can make certain transactions frustrating. Overall though, this is my go-to parts store partly for convenience, but mostly because shopping here is always a hassle free experience.

They said they price matched. I called to verify and spoke with the manager, Macy. She said she wont price match Amazon, I said in past they had. She said no. I asked for a manager she said she was the manager. Go to Amazon instead or try another store.

Been going here for the last year. They have come through every time. Prices may be a bit higher than ATZ, but they always have the parts I need. Also the checkout process is fast - no having to go to different lines to pay or get the parts.

Hope you arent in a hurry as the staff is not .. always a line . If you have need a part hope it for a job you are in a hurry ti get done but on the up its a little faster then AutoZone no a lot faster

Effective Friday September 8th, 2017 they no longer accept returns if the package is opened. Not even store credit. Friendly staff, terrible policy though.

Super helpful staff, good selection and prices. If they are not busy, they will help with the basics such as replacing a battery or wipers.
