I recently contacted the Office Furniture Store because I needed furniture for a new office space that I was setting up. I had a very tight time frame to work with and also a tight budget. The team at the Office Furniture Store was friendly and more than accommodating. Not only did they have a great selection of products to choose from, they were able to meet my budget and they even delivered everything to me early! Their delivery team had everything set up and placed for me in no time and I even had a few extra days to set up the office before opening day. I originally ordered furniture through another company which was taking months to deliver. Every time I called to check on the status of my order I was told a representative would call me back. I finally had enough and cancelled my order. Frustrated, and now in desperate need of the furniture, I called Office Furniture Store for help. The sales rep was so understanding and helpful. I was able to order exactly what I needed (for less than the other company) and immediately felt at ease. My furniture was delivered within the week and saved me certain disaster. Dont order anything you dont see on their showroom floor and dont expect them to deliver and assemble it in less than 2 months! We call this furniture vendor everyday and get lied to EVERY DAY! They never showed up when they said they would, the install process has still not ended and the manager just told me they would get the glass for our cubicles next week!
