My husband has been hunting the perfect pillow for quite some time now, after our lunch date we decided to stop at sleepys that we were told by marcell is now mattress firm. She asked my husband about our existing mattress and what kind of sleeper he is, she then advised him to remove his coat, pulled out a few pillows and led him to a mattress she thought mirrored our mattress at home, needless to say we were wowed by the experience, my husband is now happy with his new pillow and we will be going to marvell when we are ready to replace our mattress.

I went into the shop on a cold rainy evening in search of wheels for two of our beds that seemed to have disappeared in our move, Marcel had a customer but still greeted me, when I told her I wasnt buying a mattress to my surprise she asked how could she help, in the end I left with a couple wheels & I now know where Ill be buying my mattress when we need one. Was in need of a couple inexpensive twin mattresses for a guestroom, on a whim I decided to stop into the New Canaan store just to look around because in my head they wouldnt have anything in my budget but to my surprise Marcell the store manager blew my mind with all the options they had under $400. Happy I stopped in & even more happy I was able to get what I wanted. Great experience.

Weve been thinking about replacing our age old mattress but I wasnt looking forward to mattress shopping & neither was my husband, but after having lunch we walked across the street into a Sleepys just to look but the saleswoman was so helpful & informative without being pushy. Happy to say buying our new mattress set from Sleepys has been one of our best decisions.

My partner & i were relocating to Chicago and wondered into Sleepys, we had no idea New Canaan had a mattress shop but we went in for some info with the intent of buying a mattress when we got to Chicago, needless to say we bought a wonderful mattress at Sleepys & it was delivered to our new place in Chicago on the weekend we needed it.

Marcell is very professional and nothing beats the customer service of actually going to this store and trying out the options in person. Marcell is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and this is actually the second mattress I have purchased from her / this store. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress!

Our experience at Mattess Firm in New Canaan was very good. Marcell was helpful and knowledgeable. We found what we needed with a minimum of fuss and the stores location was very convenient. However, the hostile security guard patrolling the parking lot was a turnoff.
