Unprofessional place. They could not locate me in the system and they had to sign me up again for a new play pals card. Then, Claudia said my 15 week puppy is an "extra large" puppy and therefore she had to charge me $10 more when she initially told me it was going to be $30. Then, I finally see them cutting his hair, when Claudia comes out again and says "you never told me you wanted a haircut, thats $22 more". This was outrageous to me because when I called, the first thing I said was that I would like to make an appointment for my puppy to get a haircut. When everything was done, my puppies eyes are so red and they complained how my puppy bit her when she was trying to cut his nails. I told her he never bites the veterinarian when they cut his nails. Claudia also said that if he bites again, she was going to charge me extra. What a joke this place is. I ended up paying $70 for grooming when I couldve gone to a better place for the same amount of money. Also, my puppys paw kept twitching the whole car ride back home. Im never going there again.

My fiance & I were here to get fish. Its not our first time because we purchased from here before, however once we asked for fish that we are experienced with the worker we asked for helped started to hound us with irrelevant questions. After answering his dumb questions he refused to give us the fish we wanted saying the ones we want are "aggressive". EVEN after we told him we were there the previous days, have the info & such.. If they were "aggressive" I would have not purchased them & even on the detailed paper describing them it said they were docile. The only one "aggressive" was the employee. He processed to be extremely rude with me giving me attitude & disregarded my wishes to which my fiance had to say something.. He also comes off very loud & a know it all even if you know what youre taking about. Due to that, they have lost business from me. Theres never really any employees ever there, however the 3 people who do work there on a regular aside from the guy I experienced are very nice

The service was good but I was shocked at the charges. For both of my dogs I paid $60 more then I pay my regular groomer with the same treatment.
