This is your classic True Value and I loved it until they rejected my purchase. Please understand that this True Value is great; they were offering coffee to customers when there was no power as a result of hurricane Sandy but customer service goes a long way... and you guys failed. Unfortunately for me I wanted to use my visa debit card to pay for my purchase which was under their $5 minimum for card transactions. I had to travel to the Commack Home Depot to purchase what i needed.

Much, MUCH higher prices than Home Depot or Lowes. Youd think checkout would be faster? It never is. It always takes a long time to pay. And for a small store? The staff isnt friendly at all. They arent even polite.
