The people here are extremely friendly. I walked around the store for about 30 minutes just to see what all they had. During that time I was asked if I needed help finding anything six or seven times. When I did need help, I was taken right to where I needed to be and shown exactly what I was looking for. Also the things that I bought were much cheaper than what I normally pay. All in all, I can say, I will be using this hardware store often.

This is the best store, and the most well run store in Torrington. The staff are all extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their prices are very fair and often better than the big stores. They always have what I need. Always plenty of parking so its much easier to shop there than Lowes or Home Depot. I love Carls True Value!
