Horrible experience, and I didnt even walk in the shop. I called to ask about daily equipment rentals and the clerk stated they would need a few days in advance. I responded that I was actually planning on going skiing the very next day, so it might not work to rent from them. Immediately the clerk on the phone begins laughing at me. It was ery rude, unprofessional, and in my opinion, poor business.

This shop was extremely helpful with boot fitting. Those guys really know their stuff when it comes to fitting with boots. Very helpful service and they really take the time to help get you the right equipment.

I waited patiently for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Finally, I was called. And then told that they cannot get the Ski ready by tonight. That info would have been really useful an hour ago!
