Tim Hortons has been my choice since they opened, always clean, friendly and very business oriented. The restaurant in Geneseo N.Y. has problems; If you dont have 15 minutes or more to stand in line to order, pass it by. I have left the store on several occasions and drove to the next T. Hortons on my trips. It appears that this store is the only one with this problem in the greater Rochester area. If they are busy look out..... The employees seem to be lost, Management non existent.....Thanks

The ladies who are behind the counter were not very polite. My son didnt get his order of 2 sandwiches, we told the employee this and she then started yelling at us saying she did in fact make them 15 minutes beforehand. I tryed telling her if she did then she didnt give them to my son she must have given them to someone else. She then yelled some more about how she made them already and cursed profanities to another employee with my son and 1 year old in ear shot of everything she said.

Store was understaffed on noon time on a Sunday. Had to wait at least 10 minutes to get my order taken. The food came out fairly fast but it was not very good. Run out of hashbrowns, the donut was just tossed into the bag without any wax paper or anything. Tasted like a bland piece of bread at least the Bagel BELT was decent.

Worst Tim Hortons EVER! We just watched 4 people walk out the door as we waited for nearly 10 minutes as 3 employees bumbled around. If you dont go thru the drive thru you can expect to wait nearly 20 minutes for one f-ing drink!!! Where is management??? Can you say staffing issue?!?

Clean & not crowded at all, customer service is great. When I walked in, there was no one at the counter to help me so I thought I would have to wait a while, everyone was busy doing something else but someone helped me right away. I appreciate that because I was on a time limit.

Great donuts. Mediocre service. Disgustingly dirty restaurant (two overflowing garbage cans, wrappers and napkins on floor, multiple dirty tables, etc) with employees just standing around.

Great coffee... if you like it cold. We can always count on the cold coffee. Get doughnuts, then go down the street to McDs for coffee. Sad, actually.

Slow... Slow, slow, slow. It doesnt matter if you go in or go through the drive thru. Expect to wait, even if there isnt a crowd.
