The worst service I have ever received. I will NEVER order from this place again and you shouldnt either. Im giving these guys 1 star because it wont let me give a 0 star rating. Purchased a pair of UGG boots from Shoe Village through Amazon as a Christmas present to my wife. They shipped the wrong boots, when called (on December 18th) to ask about them sending the actual boots I had to wait and call them again several days later (December 22nd) to find out that they no longer had the boots that I wanted. When finding out that they couldnt send me the correct order, I asked about getting a refund since this wasnt my mistake. The gentlemen on the phone told me to go to their website because there might be something else that I liked. I wanted what I ordered because I knew my wife would like those! After my reply, the Shoe Village representative begrudgingly agreed to refund my money. He said that my credit card would be refunded in about 1-2 business days. However, I received my refund approximately 3 weeks later on January 10th! So, because of THEIR error I had to wait 3 weeks for a refund during Christmas time AND I had to spend additional money elsewhere to receive the correct boots.

I went to this huge shoe store a year ago because Groupon advertised it as a store that had caring employees who actually fit shoes - and having collapsed arches I needed help finding good fitting walking shoes - and the gentleman who fitted me was knowledgeable and funny (he said I had big feet). I went back a few months later and a young girl had no interest in showing me sandals and I left without purchasing anything. Yesterday I took my granddaughter and the employee waved me to the back room and I had to ask 3 times for assistance - in measuring her foot and in finding any sneaker in her size. After I found a pair of sneakers and put them on my granddaughter I had to pull him to the resister to pay. He cared nothing for his customers, his store has turned into a box store where you service yourself and I will not be coming back. PS He offered me a 10% discount because I was unhappy with his selection & service - now I see that is standard practice.

Looks like a regular store from outside, but when I went in there was so many shoes. Didnt expect to see a store with so much in this part of Queens. Nice surprise.
