I was not pleased with the level of customer service. I agree with the person who posted below, the man the came off as a Racist. My wife and I waited for 10 minutes and we didnt even get a " hello" or "Be with you in a minute" , nothing that led us to believe our business would be valued there. We live in Yonkers but drove all the way to the Queens Blvd store because of the unwelcoming atmosphere and terrible service on Central Avenue. I will add the Queen Blvd store was a rewarding experience.

Just my third pair of Red Wing shoes in 45 years, incredible value, durability and comfort. I picked up the Pecos 11" pull on with steel toe, and immediately had foot pain relief and the enjoyed the substantial feel of these solid boots. This store is a factory franchise, well stocked, with a knowledgable and professional staff.

My husband brought a pair of red wings and the owner was not very friendly, maybe because we were black but we didnt get the same treatment the white man before us did....JIM CROW still exsist in this store...he has a black female employee as if he is trying to put up a front that he is not a RACIST!!!!

Got my first pair of Red Wings Today and I have to say I never took them off after the first try. Worker named Khadan was a big help and was very helpful, he explained the perks of getting it from the store and showed me what sales they had but I couldnt resist the 875

Redwing boots are not the same customer service is still great but makes it difficult to stand by an inferior products but they did go out there way to satisfy my needs
