This place is the WORST!!! I love Aldo and I get tons of shoes from them, but this Aldo located on austin street is by far the worst place I have ever been to! The staff there is absolutely the worst and must be fired ASAP(especially the girl with fake eyelashes and big lips)!! They are sooooo rude to you and arent such great help. The girl with the fake eyelashes and big lips doesnt want to help you and when you ask her something she rolls her eyes like she doesnt want to be there, also she has the biggest attitude ever!! I went to this aldo today, and I left pissed off. I asked them to give me my size, they brought it and then threw it at the couch(disgusting). Then she gives you the biggest stare and doesnt look away while I am trying on my shoes. I took out the shoes from the box and saw that the bottom of the heels were all dirty and black. My friend goes up to the cashier and asked nicely why the shoes that are in the box like that. The woman at the cashier answered so rudley and was yelling as if my friend said something wrong. Then I ask the woman next to me(the one that was staring) why are they like that. She as well answered rudely! After, I said "who puts shoes like that in a box for a person to buy???" and she said "I can clean them for you". We started arguing because what if I didnt see that and wore them!!! I got up and left and I was so pissed off that I said to my friend, "Lets go, we dont need some dirty, garbage shoes". The woman at the cashier answered back to me so rudely as if I was speaking to her, she said, "Have a nice day" in the biggest attidute ever. I will never forget my experience here! Not coming back and for sure am telling everyone I know not to either!! I dont even want to rate this 1 star!

When I walk by this store, the frequently blast the music way to loud, I can hear it from a few blocks away. My ears hurt when I walk in the store, since the music is so loud. They have cute shoes, and I have bought a few pairs of sandals from this store. But the sandals they have are very very poor quality and the designs on them wear out fast. I wouldnt recommend getting them. Staff was kind and patient.

Horrible experience, came to this store with my friends late night, employees are so ghetto! Have no customer service skills . A 30 year old fat chick named Mandy was so rude .never will return !!!
