Today was an experience. I actually had a pick up for a shoe I ordered and when I got to my car and looked at it, I was given a damaged shoe. I brought it back to the guy that helped me out the first time. John was the guy who helped me thru my transaction In returning it and reordering my shoe for me. He was very pacient and nice. He gave great customer service and although I was given a shoe that was damaged he fixed the problem and gave me a lasting impression to come back. Definitely amazing.

Had a great experience with Yesenia. She was very helpful and I was able to pay upstairs instead of waiting onnline on the main floor. Found exactly what I was looking for and they gave me my birthday coupon even though I didnt have it with me.

Fav store to visit. They got lots of options, its veryyy peaceful to shop, no long lines, 24 hour hold for your shoes, and the store is well organized, spacious, and clean! I go here anytime I want to revamp my style.

Great shoes only thing is that its that the store doesnt sell kids shoes and sneakers. Of course youll pay for NYC sales tax compared to others DSWs stores across the states.

Great selection of shoes and reasonable prices 2 floors on the second floor on one side they have clearance sale that starts from 20 to 70 percent off
