0 customer service at all. i mean seriously order it online instead or go to foot locker at the same floor. i would have bought 2pairs of nmd but forget about it. i wish somebody is reading this coz ya people are losing customers because of your employees. they are rude, they treat customers like animals, they scream at you, they grab the shoe from you and say we dont have size anymore, but the next guy i talked to got me the size i was asking. please please dont go to this store if you dont want to have a bad day.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS DISGUISTING ! EMPLOYEES HERE DONT GREET THE CUSTOMERS THEYRE AT THE FRONT DOOR EITHER ON THEIR PHONES OR DRINKING A STARBUCKS DRINK ! ONCE YOUR READY TO ORDER A SHOE SIZE THEY OVERLOOK YOU AND ACT LIKE THEYRE BUSY ! HORRIBLE..... HORRIBLE .....HORRIBLE !!!!!!! GO TO FOOTLOCKER ON THAT SAME FLOOR !!

NEVER WILL GO BACK. Cashier said to a manger "THIS N*** trying to return a shirt from a f***in year ago" & the other cashier who rang me said she was seconds from everybody in the f*** face because she didnt wanna be there . I can clearly see they hire ANYBODY . Not one of the workers knew how to speak without cursing

Customer service sucks, they were just walking around doing nothing. I requested shoes in a certain size 4 times while the guy just sat there and flirted with a woman customer who clearly wasnt into him. I will never come back.
