I came in to show the defective fuelband I bought that doesnt hold a charge after 1 month of use and this sales kid, GERARD, has a really mean approach. I explained to him what happened and asked him nicely that the product is defective and may need to be replaced. He plugged it in and said that the product is working fine and it doesnt have to be replaced (even though I already explained to him that the fuelband is not holding A CHARGE). I told him to charge it for few minutes and disconnect the fuelband and after few minutes of recharging the product didnt turn on. The dumb ass kid still insist that the band is working fine. So, I asked him NICELY if I could speak to the manager and he started giving me an attitude. Gladly the manager, Gina, was nice enough to look at the defective product and figure what issue im having and started offering me other choices like replacing with a new one or getting other nike products. Since, she was able to help me out nicely, I decided to buy the fuelband silver that she offered in return for her kindness.

Atrocious. Their incompetence knows no bounds. 3 times i have gone there to exchange an item i ordered online and 3 times theyve managed to screw it up. The first time i went to swap tech sweatpants i ordered online for a bigger size. They didnt have it in store so i exchanged in store for black. The very next day i return to have them order the gray one for me in exchange for the black one (since they apparently didnt know it was available online the day before). I pay sales tax AGAIN and the item that arrived to my house is not the color that i needed even though i reminded the associates several times. Very disappointed

Youll leave dethroned from being a champion you were because well prices can sting and put a hurting on ones wallet look. Trust me put the hiking boots on and find your deal elsewhere!
