I was here the other day and had an issue that should have been fixed without a problem, but because of the under qualified staff it was all of a sudden a "law" that you cannot return un-opened and un- tampered liquor, I was not even asking for a refund I was simply asking for a exchange due to the fact that my fiance got the wrong bottle
